Spirit: Agilityn 2-luokkaan! / Agility 2nd grade!

Spirit nousi sunnuntaina 23.6 voiton kera agilityn 2-luokkaan! Alla muutama video.

Spirit: Agi-nolla / Clear run!!!

Spiritille eilen Helsingin agilitykisoista toinen nolla-tulos (1.sija)!!! Mukaan lähti myös kaksi 5:sta (molemmat 2.sijoituksella) sekä 10. Molemmat vitosen radat olivat niiiin lähellä. Neiti tuli viimeisen esteen ohi molemmilla radoilla. Edelleen saa siis estefokusta kasvattaa ja toki paljon muutakin, mutta hyvällä alulla ollaan!

Spirit got her second clear run with a first place at yesterday's agility competition in Helsinki (in her second agility competition ever)!!! Other results: 5 (2nd place), 5 (2nd place) and 10. Both "five's" were sooo close as she only ran by the LAST obstacle on both courses. So we still need to train her focus on the obstacles and of course many other things too, but at least we're on a very good start!

Spirit: Agility-nolla / Clear run !!!

Spirit aloitti agilityn kisauransa eilen lauantaina 27.4. Halusin aloittaa kotikentältä, joten oli aloitettava nyt tai elokuussa. Päätin siis mennä testaamaan, miten neiti käyttäytyy kisatilanteessa ja miltä ne 1-luokan radat tuntuvat. Spirit ylitti kaikki odotukseni ja suoriutui erinomaisesti ja sai ensimmäisen nollansakin! Eivätkä olleet muutkaan nollat kaukana...!

Tulos: 5, hyl (palautin kontaktille), NOLLA ja hyl (otin pituuden uudestaan, koska kaatoi yhden sivukepin).

Se olikin sitten hampurilaisen paikka :)

Spirit started her agility competition career yesterday. I wanted to start from the home field and the options were to start now or in August. So I decided to go and see how she reacts in a competition situation and how do the 1st grade courses fit to us. To my surprise she exceeded all my expectations and did just excellent! We even got our first clear run! Other courses were really close too...

Result: 5, disq (I put her back to the contact), 0 and disq (took the long jump again as she toppled the side stick).

On our way home she got her first hamburger :)
